Eduardo E. Coney
Founder/President		 Pastor Coney is a native of the Republic of Panama.  He is one of twenty-one children (sisters and brothers.  He was one month old when he was given away by his mother.  He grew up in extreme poverty stricken area of the Republic of Panama.  At an early age he was plagued with dyslexia and vision problems. Despite these conditions he survived and prospered.  These early life conditions developed in him an intense desire to help other orphans and children with physical disabilities.

Filled with the desire to help children living in simular conditions, Eduardo established Spectrum International Children to help improve the quality of life for orphaned and physically disabled children.
