DIRECTOR:
The director Pastor Vincent had an orphan experience having lost his mother while still young. This is one of the push factor to establishing Esther Orphanage to take care of children with similar life experience as his own. It all started with relatives’ child that he supported while at their homes but due to distance and delegation problems he curved them into his home. It was of convenience having them within his home alongside his own children. At church there were children more needy children especially orphans. This prompted him to admit them into his home too- eventually he initiated a home for them all ;Esther orphanage five years ago.

| There being a big problem due to the HIV/ AIDS scourge in Nyanza province actually leading in Kenya is the cause of the many deaths resulting in the elevated orphan population. He has for the past five years extended a parental hand to orphans in Esther orphanage - he is father to an average of 35 to 40 orphans currently at the orphanage. Pastor Vincent has put resource in up keeping these children who otherwise had nobody to wipe their tears. He is not only close but also extends love to all the orphans. |

PURCHASING OFFICER:
Mrs. Florence is a mother, social and accountable. She served as a social worker in the children department since graduation. On developing a closer desire to embrace the destitute “child’s” life, Florence joined Esther orphanage to directly meet interact and help needy children this time round - orphans. She spend long hours each day assisting the children develop both socially and spiritually. Florence is indeed helpful to Esther orphanage.
